(More customer reviews)Used in laptop where could not get any audio device driver to work after an XP reinstall necessitated by malware. Was concerned with no internal sound device it wouldn't work. Concern was misplaced as just plugged the speaker in and it worked perfectly. Better sound than built in speakers ever were but, obviously, given the size and price it's no Bose. The plus is a microphone which is easily muted.
