(More customer reviews)It does not work on my system. With the latest ATI/AMD drivers installed, Windows Media Center recognizes the tuner, and recognizes channels signal strength, but cannot display the channel video or audio. On all channels it says "Service is unavailable."
I anticipate this is an unresolved driver issue, but neither Diamond nor Microsoft has responded to my support tickets yet.
I will update this post if I receive a resolution from technical support.
Update 3/1/11: Technical support helped me get the card working for 1 session before rebooting, and only after using the terrible ArcSoft software. I upgraded to the latest ATI/AMD driver set and it continued nonfunctioning. I am returning this product to Amazon.com.
