Regardless of the above, the installation on Windows 2000 Pro SP4 and XP Pro SP2 was simple and straightforward (almost boring).
This unit uses Asix AX88772 USB to Ethernet bridge chip. Drivers come in the box. Also, the chipset manufacturer posts updates for all possible OS's on the web:
