(More customer reviews)I just got the Smart Disk Video Safe USB Audio/Video adapter today in the mail. Plugged it in, seemed to work fine, although there was a warning saying installation might damage my computer...what? When I tried to play the disc's they didnt play in anything I have. Some choppy video and no audio. I tried all the different possible settings and formats, very limited. I have windows 2000/XP which the disk says it is for and I also tried to use "WINDOWS MovieMaker" which the instructions (a photocopied piece of paper)suggested but still no audio and choppy video. ArcSoft also does not support this product anymore on their weblink. That's what I get for throwing 30$ into the web. They are accepting the return and were very nice.
