(More customer reviews)We are currently using 5 821N adapters in our workplace with 1 TP Link 1043ND, no hiccups, easy to install, works great on windows xp pro and 7 pro 32-bit.
Comes with extension cable, adapter is not for laptop use because of the size, but great for desktops. 300mbps speeds are archived if router setup properly, N only 40mhz width. must be close to the router to have archive the best speeds.
the only CON will be that the length is so-so to have 300mbps archived
